Vicki Tomiser

Vicki Tomiser is the founder of Wine Flight Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in direct-to-consumer strategy, hospitality, and brand storytelling for small family-owned wineries. With over two decades of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Vicki has held leadership roles across sales, education, sourcing, and supplier relations from private clubs and cultural institutions to global buying and program development.

She has curated wine programs for organizations like the St. Louis Art Museum, attended international trade fairs including ProWein and Wine Paris, and traveled extensively through wine regions in the U.S. and Europe. Her work is grounded in the belief that great wine is not just sold, its shared, taught, and experienced.

At Wine Flight Consulting, she partners with wineries to elevate customer engagement, improve wine club retention, and build meaningful, lasting relationships with collectors and trade. Known for her warm, grounded approach and deep industry knowledge, Vicki brings a blend of heart and strategy to everything she does.

She lives in Sonoma County with her daughter, Willow, and a very opinionated cat. When shes not working on wine, you can find her in the garden or front row at one of Willows theatrical productions.
