Kasey Helt

Kasey’s wine industry journey began over 20 years ago in Paso Robles, California, where she gained hands-on experience with a vineyard management company. That foundational role led her to Still Waters Vineyard, a small, family-owned estate, where she transitioned from wine production to hospitality and quickly rose to the role of General Manager.

In 2018, Kasey joined Center of Effort Winery as Director of Hospitality. Over the next seven years, she played a key role in building and expanding the winery’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) program, helping position Center of Effort as a premier destination in the Edna Valley. She led a team of wine educators focused on delivering luxurious, personalized experiences through private tastings, curated tours, and exclusive member events.

In March 2025, Kasey became Director of DTC Operations at Laetitia Vineyards and Winery. In this new chapter, she is leading efforts to revitalize a Central Coast legacy brand under new ownership, with a focus on innovation, team development, and sustainable growth.

When she’s not at the winery, Kasey can be found exploring the outdoors with her husband and their two young sons—camping, playing baseball, or hiking the beautiful local trails.
