Jasmine Egan is the General Manager of Winery Sixteen 600, a boutique winery that specializes in organically farmed grapes. She has worked there for the past seven years. Deeply rooted in Sonoma’s wine and hospitality scene, Jasmine brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role, overseeing day-to-day operations, guest experiences, and the winery’s direct-to-consumer programs.

Before stepping into wine industry leadership, Jasmine spent nearly a decade in hospitality, waiting tables at the acclaimed the girl & the fig from 2015 through 2023. In 2024, she began taking on additional responsibilities as a floor supervisor on select nights, continuing her long-standing connection to the restaurant. She also serves on the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Wine Symposium Committee, contributing her insights on customer engagement and winery marketing.

An epicurean at heart, Jasmine delights in exploring new restaurants alongside her husband Ian, who manages El Dorado Kitchen. When not immersed in food and wine, she enjoys practicing yoga and hiking the scenic trails of Sonoma with their dog, Phoebe.
