With nearly two decades of experience in the Sonoma County Wine and Nonprofit sectors, Cyndi Yoxall brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, community engagement, and hospitality expertise to her role as Wine Club Manager at Balletto Vineyards.
A Sonoma County native, Cyndi’s roots run deep in agriculture—growing up among apple orchards and vineyards, with a father who dedicated 54 years to the wine industry. Before joining Balletto, she served as Director of Philanthropy at Catholic Charities, Children’s Museum, and Summerfield Waldorf School and Farm, where she built strong partnerships between vintners, farmers, and local organizations through fundraising, community events, and sponsorships.
At Balletto Vineyards, Cyndi is part of the DTC management team, where she focuses on cultivating meaningful customer relationships, strengthening brand loyalty, and driving membership growth. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, championing innovation, and embracing new opportunities that enhance the Direct-to-Consumer experience. Her personal passions are the ocean, gardening, and raising two beautiful sons.
