Pacific IQ

Direct-to-consumer growth requires a clear strategy and the right technology. Pacific IQ partners with wineries that are ready to invest in both.

Pacific IQ is a Shopify Premier Partner agency specialising in wine and beverage brands. Our clients include Duckhorn Portfolio, Kosta Browne, Far Niente and Chimney Rock. These wineries recognise that sustained DTC growth depends on a modern technology platform. Legacy wine systems were designed to process orders. They were not designed to support growth.

We migrate wineries from WineDirect, Commerce7, WordPress to Shopify. Shopify offers faster websites, a stronger checkout and access to leading tools for email marketing, loyalty, reviews and reporting. Every migration preserves the wine club in full, including members, subscriptions, payment details and order history. Shipments continue without interruption, and all customer data is retained. To date, we have migrated more than 50 wineries.

Following launch, we continue as a long-term growth partner. Our services include strategy, design, development, email marketing, SEO and ongoing support. We also keep each client's technology current as new tools and features become available.

Pacific IQ maintains staff in Napa who provide in-person tasting room support. This includes point-of-sale setup, staff training and ensuring that in-person sales connect seamlessly with the online store and wine club.
