Vicki’s natural curiosity and willingness to step outside the box have made for an eclectic journey in the food and beverage industry. Throughout her career, she’s held positions in hospitality, direct-to-consumer, event conception, planning and management, wine sales, and wine education and sales training. As Elevator in Chief for the newly formed Wine Flight Consulting, she uses her skill set and varied industry experience to help other wineries develop engagement, retention, and cultivation strategies to connect with high-value customers, collectors, wine club members, and prestige trade accounts. When not talking about, tasting, or traveling for wine, you will find her on the front row of one of her daughter Willow’s performances or in her garden talking to the tomatoes.
