Vicki Tomiser is the founder of Wine Flight Consulting and Wine Flight Society, where she helps wineries grow through strategy, relationship-driven sales, and story-led positioning.
Her background includes building wine programs for restaurants and large catering companies, retail sales, working as a supplier for larger wineries, and global wine buying and brand building. She brings a full-spectrum view of how wine moves through the market and how people connect to it.
She works with winery teams on DTC strategy, tasting room experience, and long-term customer engagement, with a focus on building loyalty, increasing retention, and creating experiences people want to return to.
Vicki also serves as the sales lead for sponsorship for the Direct to Consumer Wine Symposium, partnering with brands to create thoughtful, high-impact presence within the industry’s leading DTC conversation.
