Patricia O’Brien is the Director of Hospitality at Truffle Pig Winery in Temecula, California, where she leads with a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and a passion for people. She oversees all facets of direct-to-consumer operations, including tasting room, wine club, marketing, and guest experience—helping shape the winery’s next chapter of growth and excellence.
Previously, Patricia served in management at Callaway Vineyard & Winery, where she spearheaded advancements in hospitality, marketing, and digital transformation. With over 15 years of experience in the wine industry, she has built and elevated some of Temecula Valley’s most recognized brands, including Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery.
She proudly serves on the Marketing and Education Committees for the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Heritage District, contributing to the continued growth and visibility of the region.
Married to her best friend, Patrick, Patricia’s proudest title is “Mom” to their three amazing kids. Passionate about wine, grounded in family, and always chasing what’s next—Patricia brings heart and hustle to everything she does.
