Patricia O’Brien is a dynamic hospitality and direct-to-consumer (DTC) leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and guest-centric strategy in the wine industry. As Director of Hospitality for Truffle Pig Winery in Temecula, California, she oversees tasting room operations, wine club development, events, and digital commerce, with a strong focus on creating elevated, memorable experiences that convert guests into loyal brand advocates. Patricia is known for her hands-on leadership style, operational discipline, and ability to align teams around clear standards and measurable results.
In addition to her winery leadership, Patricia is the founder of Patricia O’Brien – Winery Solutions LLC, where she consults on winery operations, DTC strategy, and hospitality training. She holds a WSET Level II certification and is a Certified Hospitality Industry Professional (CHIP) for Temecula Valley. An active industry contributor, she serves on the Marketing and Educational Committees for the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association and is passionate about developing talent, building culture through training, and advancing best practices across the DTC wine community.
