Patricia O’Brien is the Chief Operating Officer of Callaway Vineyard & Winery in Temecula, California, where she leads with a blend of strategic insight, operational know-how, and a passion for people. With over 15 years of experience in the wine industry, she oversees all direct-to-consumer channels including hospitality, wine club, events, marketing, and guest experience.
Before joining Callaway, Patricia helped build and grow Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery, known for her ability to drive results while fostering connection and authenticity. She also proudly serves on the Marketing and Education Committees for the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association, contributing to the growth and visibility of her wine region.
She’s married to her best friend Patrick, and her proudest title is “Mom” to their three amazing kids.
