Jasmine Egan
General Manager, Winery Sixteen 600
Jasmine Egan is the General Manager of Winery Sixteen 600, a boutique winery focused on single vineyard - organically farmed grapes. She has been with the winery for eight years, bringing a deep understanding of Sonoma’s wine and hospitality landscape to her role. Jasmine oversees day-to-day operations, guest experience, and the winery’s direct-to-consumer programs, with a focus on strengthening member relationships while actively evolving the brand’s relevance in today’s market - particularly in connecting more authentically with the current wine consumers of today.
Proud of the winery’s continued growth in both sales and engagement despite a challenging industry climate, Jasmine is passionate about building strategies that embrace change and accessibility.
Prior to her leadership in wine, Jasmine spent over a decade in hospitality, including many years at the girl & the fig. While she is no longer there full-time, she maintains a connection to the restaurant, occasionally supporting the floor and staying engaged with the team and community that helped shape her approach to hospitality and love for wine.
Jasmine is currently in her fourth year serving on the Direct-to-Consumer Wine Symposium Committee, where she contributes her perspective on customer engagement and evolving winery marketing strategies.
An epicurean at heart and with a culinary background, Jasmine enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband Ian, who manages El Dorado Kitchen. At her new home, you will find her creating unique meals, finding balance in tending her garden, practicing yoga, and hiking Sonoma’s scenic trails with their dog, Phoebe.
