Barbara Gorder is a seasoned creative and marketing strategist with more than 30 years of experience across the luxury wine, finance, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries. As President of Undisclosed Location, a Sonoma County-based consultancy, she specializes in brand strategy, packaging, and advertising, bringing a disciplined yet creative approach to solving complex marketing challenges.

Barbara began her career at renowned global agencies Leo Burnett and DDB in Chicago, where she honed her leadership and creative acumen. Her work has been recognized with top industry honors, including D&AD, Mobius, Coty, Clio, Addy, and Cannes Lions awards.

For the past 15 years, she has been a driving force behind the DTC Wine Symposium, curating a dynamic roster of marketing leaders, media voices, and trendsetters. This year, she proudly assumes a new role as Managing Partner, alongside her longtime colleague and friend, Brian Baker.

Outside of her consultancy work, Barbara and her husband, Tim Farley, are deeply involved in community philanthropy through the Farley Family Charitable Trust, supporting nonprofit organizations throughout the North Bay. In her downtime, she can often be found hiking Sonoma Mountain or enjoying the vineyards of Los Chamizal with her loyal dog, Buck.
